Taking Over

This big bright orange fungi is taking over most of the front part of this tree stump. A different type is just starting on the top which may grow and cover the top. Now that would be quite a sight!

Didn't have a lot of time to play with the new lens unfortunately but I did set up the camera on the tripod at the kitchen window and got a shot of one of the city buildings which is visible in the distance. I'll put it in as my extra, this building is 10km away from us!! Can't get over how clear it is! And how lucky at that moment that a little group of ibis should do a fly by! :)
