Old Friends

Olga with the flowers is receivng a fond send off as she leaves Diageo plc after twenty two years. Her last position was General Manager of Brazil, Uruguay and Paraguay one the key roles in the whole organisation. Randy, three to her left, recently retired as President of Latin America. He was the man who brought me here to look after the region's change agenda in 2002 and the three of us were part of the team that set the basis for the company's amazing growth over the following decade. It was wonderful to see them again today in São Paulo and keep our contact and friendship up.
