The Night Watch Guild

After baking an apple pie this afternoon, I accompanied Bert to Berg and Terblijt where he had to play in the orchestra at the opening of the Heuvelland Four Day Marches.
The Night Watch Guild is a civic guard in Berg en Terblijt. Some clothing is originally used by Rembrandt for the large painting and the other costumes are designed by the artist Lei Molin.


I put the pie in the oven when we left and it was still warm when we arrived home, late in the evening.
