Winter Greens

My greenhouse is producing well this winter. There is all I can eat of pak choi Joichoi and spinach. I pick the leaves to extend their season. Coming on is green broccoli and kale, with more spinach, silver beet and broad beans in buckets. There are also a row of carrots and a row of cabbages, which I don’t think will be usable by the time they have to be cleared for the tomatoes.
