Through some combination of forgetfulness, callousness, ignorance and stupidity a combination of the council and some outfit calling themselves "Universal Arts" have contrived to block the temporary George Street cycle lane, one of the least-impedimentary channels of accessing the east from the west, by installing a vending-point for inebriating fluids between Castle and Frederick Streets.
