New Door

Our front door is really old and ideally needs replacing... but getting it replaced is a long way down a list of more important jobs like needing a new kitchen, windows etc. As all these jobs are likely to take a good while, we decided to cheer the previously dark green door up with a new coat of paint for the time being.
We spent ages choosing the right colour in B & Q at their mixing desk yesterday, so we able to get the exact shade we wanted. It's bright - and I love it!

Today would have been my Dads 62nd birthday. We had a BBQ and cooked chicken and sausages for tea, he would have liked that :-)
