Fruit cake

I wanted a rich, dark fruitcake but no-one seems to sell them at this time of year.

"Only at Christmas, Dear!"

So what other choice did I have but to bake one under the strict supervision of my Director of Food?

OK, so it has a crack or two, but nothing that can't be fixed in Photoshop.

To be served with a generous wedge of Wensleydale cheese.
