A fleet of Red Admirals

Our second adventure away in the caravan. Not too far as it was just the weekend, so Chipping was the destination. Very pretty village and lovely site. And lucky with the weather again!

Did a five and a half mile circular walk and saw hundreds of butterflies feasting on the flowers in the sunshine. The footpath by the river was very overgrown and we were stung and scratched by the time we got to the pub for much-needed refreshment!!! Beer much safer than water here at the moment!
