for the Great Flood

We had noticed that the kitchen floor near our fridge freezer had become slightly uneven.

Now that always suggests to me that there has been a leak of water.

There had indeed been a leak from the fridge mechanism completely hidden by the lino.

Here you see Eric beginning to tackle it.  This looks pretty bad but Eric will have it all cleared out and new timber flooring put in by the end of the day.  With hindsight it could have been very much worse. 

Time for a new fridge perhaps.......
