Breakfast Bake

Started this loaf yesterday but it didn't prove quickly enough for me to bake last night so I left it lying until this morning, by which time it had taken on a whole new shape! But quickly folded into a rough loaf shape and chucked in the oven, it turned out pretty well. Hot bread for breakfast, a great way to start the day.
