A stitch in time

Another busy day, another late, back blip.

We went for a bike ride to burn yesterday's food, but it started less than ideal as I had to change a tyre (slow puncture/valve failure) before we left home and I had to change the other tyre when I returned home as the patch from last week had given out...

Today's blip is looking at the business end of a sewing machine. Though I've not changed weight for a fortnight - and I still need to lose more - I'm sufficiently smaller to need to take clothes in, so this evening I had to alter two pairs of trousers. I may not be perfect but it will save me buying all new for a few more months.
