... at work fixing my bike!

Turns out the two falls I've had have bent, and cracked, my rear derailleur* which has been causing problems with my gears. New rear derailleur fitted and Bob's your uncle!

This was after he fitted me for a new saddle as the one I've been on for the last 12 weeks really is an instrument of torture - despite trying to tough it out, introducing padded pants and anti-friction cream!
