Common Blue #2

Second day of my common blue odyssey. I had hoped to follow yesterday's male with the intriguingly coloured common blue female. Unfortunately it was overcast with drizzle most of the day making the female even more elusive than usual. I did find a communal roost with about a dozen male common blues sitting head down in the long grass showing their spectacular underwing patterns.
