OUTBACK AUSTRALIA ... Back When.... #44

.... left without a pic today of any worth, so another in my "back when" series.

This is another shot showing my younger sister and I admiring some aboriginal art in a cave in the Wilpena Pound area of the Flinders Ranges in South Australia. It would be around 1955, and suspect on the same holiday we were on in a previous "back when" Blip here #31.

This country is just so diverse and suspect the Flinders Ranges (to my mind) one of the most wonderful parts of Australia.
