Competition

We always have a competition at our WI meetings. For August it was "flower of the month" so I took along this beautiful rose 'Olivia' by David Austen, one of my new ones this year.
But no, it didn't win, not even a third place. I think the judge (our speaker) was more impressed by a mop head hydrangea and a crocosmia!
Never mind, it can be my blip of the day instead!
