Fishing

It was my day to have S, A and J.  When I picked them up their mum, daughter No.1, was a bit distraught as C's bicycle and attachments had been stolen from their shed the previous evening.   C has been arranging a charity bike ride to take place a week Saturday to raise funds for the Llanerch Colliery Memorial Fund and without his bicycle he would be well and truly stuck.

As C has close family connections with the local police, his brother working in CID, it was known who the culprit was, a 17 year old boy living just a few streets away who had been going around the area taking whatever he fancied.   C was lucky to have the bicycle returned but it was stripped of all its attachments.  I don't know if he will get them back.   What is the world coming too!

On a lighter note, I took the grandchildren to Cwmbran Boating Lake in the afternoon, as it was such a lovely day, and took my blip of a man and boy fishing.
