Ilford A.C

Tuesday is 'track night' for the road runners of Ilford AC.
I am an assistant coach, so every now and again I get the opportunity to prepare and take the session.
Tonight was one of those nights.

When I was asked to do my courses I never thought I could be a 'coach' but I have surprised and pleased myself with it.
This lot though are a great group to have.
