Bloomin' Heather

Took Max for a walk on the moor today.  Had to keep a tight hold of the leash as he fancied playing with the foals and sheep! 
The heather is out and many of the hills are a glorious shade of purple. There is more to come so another visit in a week will bring its full glory.
The extra is one of the many Exmoor foals out in the sunshine with the herds.
