Harvestman

I spotted this Harvestman on the wall of a house while I was waiting for the bus home after an extra long and exhausting shift at work. Fortunately I had just enough time to get the compact camera out of my bag and take a couple of photos before the bus arrived.

On Monday I'm going to have my last physio session of the current series. During my previous session, the physio therapist suggested a possible additional series of sessions but my personal opinion is that my foot just needs time and rest to continue to improve. Then again, I'm not a doctor so tomorrow afternoon I have an appointment with my GP to see what she thinks.
