Here we go. Day One at the big hoose. Or out from the old (see extra), and into the new - we started work in the new Inverness Campus building at Beechwood today. Wow. Quite some place. So much work to do. Especially with the first of the Students starting their courses in a weeks time. Will be working lots of extra hours, and moving things about most of the day. So thank you and apologies in advance, but Blip commenting/replying will be sparse for quite some time. Also apologies that so many Blips will be coming from this shiny new building, and its lovely surrounds... for ages, and incessantly.

We had a fire alarm test in the afternoon... just as the thunderstorm was about to arrive. Hefty downpour. I took the opportunity to nip along to the old campus, and collect the bits and pieces I'd failed to pick up on Friday. Car working fine with the new battery fitted - no breakdown today.

Forecasters were correct, and I was glad not to have cycled. Took the extra snap after work, during a break in the showers, and before the prolonged heavy rain arrived.
