Another Vil Development

The speed at which buildings are ripped down and something new appears in its place is crazy here. 

I walk along this street regularly when I go to Tesco Homeplus Express from work - the last time was only the other week and there were no signs of imminent destruction/construction.  

This former 2 story building has been torn down to be replaced with what I assume will be another residential block - apartment or villa - probably 8 floors of studio style apartments with parking garage for a lucky few residents. 

Either that or it's another love motel...
