New dawn fades

View from pont du Mont Blanc just before 7 this morning.
Still hot running with the guys at midday, but big storms this afternoon. Think that maybe the really hot weather  is finally over.

Walking up to the stade to run today, felt something bite me on my thigh. Put my hand in my pocket, and found this rather large bee which stung me on my finger as welll. Fortunately I  survived another day to come home to L&L and listen to JD. Still brilliant
