Morning Sun

Took this as I came out of the doctors surgery. I saw a different doctor due to my usual one being on holiday.   I found that he had updated this mornings doctor so he knew everything , what a difference that made. Got my prescription, had a chat and I was on my way.

At lunchtime my phone rang and it was the psychiatrist. They have a plan and I've to go in on Tuesday to hear all about it. I also have been asked to get an ECG beforehand so I have taken the day off. Anxiety levels instantly rose after the phone call and I know will continue until Tuesday. But I am just pleased that they phoned and they have a plan.
