Lying and lolling about on a beautiful Aberdeenshire beach bathed in warm sunshine? Can it be possible? Is it so? Even at 6pm at night? In short sleeves? And shorts?! Aye, it was so!

Having the beach all to ourselves with not another soul in sight? Aye, it was so!

Tess gave the beach the big thumbs up, even though the trek in was hot work. But I really do have a very red forehead.
