A day out with Ma and Pa Read.

First stop, Budleigh Salterton - I've been there before but a lonnnnng time ago (long enough that I don't really remember it), but it's so lovely. Can I live there please?

We had a walk along the cliff to a viewpoint at the top. It was hot already, and the hat I'd borrowed to protect my sunburnt head actually just rubbed on it (ow). Me and G headed back down to Budleigh, got some lunch and ate it on the beach. G had a swim, then we had ice creams and did a quick charity shop crawl.

We headed home via a brief stop in Sidmouth (also lovely, and surprisingly hipster). We paddled extensively.
