Arnotdale House

Dollar Park in Falkirk is one of the prettier parks in the area. It is dominated by the imposing Category B-listed Arnotdale House which, unfortunately, has lain empty for some years despite Falkirk Council spending a large sum of money on essential repairs and renovations.

The flower-beds around the park are full of brightly-coloured flowers at the moment and there is a considerable amount of work taking place to restore the walled garden behind the 'big house'. I'm looking forward to visiting that once it has re-opened.
