"Where distilling left the farm yard"

Kennetpans distillery, situated in Clackmannan. The distillery first opened in 1720 and closed in 1826 was said to be the birthplace of Scotch Whisky industry. John Jamieson originally from Alloa took reign of the distillery in 1810. With the Jamieson brand still going strong and originated from John Jamieson. A little bit of Scottish history.
