Shaggy Ink Cap

I hope I'm right ..... I'm no expert on fungi but my close friend Google led me to this possible identification.  Spotted it growing at the side of the path round Lochan Spling, just outside Aberfoyle.  The extra photo, I think, is a bracket fungus which was growing in moss covering a dead tree trunk.
