Sandcastles

Lovely morning in the village - swing, horsey, super fast slide, seesaw, roundabout and then sandcastles. These he made with my help but later did one all by himself - and did some really nice playing with an older boy where Matthew held the bucket and gravely thanked Gabriel for each spade full of sand. We did some shopping then went to the library where Gabriel and his older sister came and joined in when I was eating to Matthew - rather lovely.

And a lovely afternoon too visiting Jenny and Jack and getting to catch up with Kayleigh and Jamie too for the first time in ages now Kayleigh has passed her driving test and can get out of Thriplow independently. Really nice to see them and the three boys played nicely around each other with a bit of good sharing too. Lots of cars :)

When we got home we had fun hunting for slugs in the garden too.
