The campsite we stayed in has some fishing ponds, and they are a great spot for wildlife. There was a large family of mallards, who rushed across to see us, in the hope of being fed I guess. The journey south towards Folkestone was uneventful, if a little crowded. Operation stack was a pain as it meant a detour at the end. We stayed in a pleasant campsite near the town; it turned out to be the most expensive one of the trip at £22.
