Litter

This is not mine, it may have been placed carefully on the picnic table but it is still litter.  Couldn't they just have taken it home and disposed of it?  Apparently not.  My laptop is acting up a bit, so I think it may be time for a new one, the @ symbol has wandered as it were from its usual place on the keyboard and I found it where the inverted commas were, I have never had that happen before.
