from the bathroom window

absolutely lashing down all day today - again. tried a few things - abstract [didn't work], portrait [didn't work], bird [very fed up damp pigeon], dash to the patio for a drippy pansy macro, but ended up with these pine tree branches taken from inside the bathroom with the window wide open.

almost had a blip of the wood burning stove in full flame, as we seriously considered lighting it, but for heaven's sake it is midsummer's day in 5 days!!! hopefully that blip won't be till at least... august
