Mmmmhhh...muddy new trainers

They're not quite so spangly now! A gentle 10k over Sharp Haw and through the forest to test them out proved to be quite pleasant, though my calves are playing up. Glad I'm seeing Christine for a massage on Tuesday.

Also acquired a splendid Montane gilet today and my toe covers arrived in the post.

Almost ready...a week to go!!!
