Hanging around

In Vila Nova De Milfontes, a small coastal village in Portugal, about two hours south of Lisbon. There seemed to be some kind of local tradition involving scarecrows. A few were positioned in front of shops or outside houses, but the ones hanged across the main street were a little macabre.
