The End Of Summer?

It finally rained.  And for most of the day too.  Not very heavy but a steady drizzle.  And now early evening it has stopped and we're getting some sunshine again (although it's still under 20°C).

The neighbours have obviously decided that that is the signal for the End Of Summer.  And the cover has gone back on the swimming pool.  Seems a bit premature given that they've been practically living in it since the beginning of June.

The wine festival last night was good fun.  Tried a couple of different Sekts and enjoyed the last of the evening sunshine. 

We're going to try to get back at least a couple of more times.
