Rannerdale Knotts again

We didn't actually summit it today, but just climbed a few hundred metres up the flank to admire the view of Crummock Water and the Central Fells. Gloriously warm but a little too warm for too much climbing and a little hazy for great photos, but a lovely day anyway. After this we headed over Newlands Pass and found a campsite in Castlerigg as our site in Lorton was fully booked for the rest of the week.
