The goslings were being rather stand-off-ish when I visited; Mr. was having an epic washing session, but the goslings just pottered off and rested on the island. I later saw them grazing by the pond's edge, but chose this because I love it when Mr. really throws himself into a wash. I've uploaded a series of shots to Flickr showing him preening, splashing, and flapping (right from here).
