It turned into a nice day today. The farmer's market in Skibbereen this morning was bustling and busy, full of buskers and happy chatty folk. We bought more tomato plants and more brassica to fill the gaps the harvested garlic and winter onions have left.
This afternoon it was weeding and rose pruning and more pea freezing. The new roses are doing really well, and all the old roses are bursting into flower and filling the air with their luscious fragrance.
The sunshine makes everything better.
