Golden Fields

Finally got to buy the teenager his Christmas present today. Last Christmas. A road bike, thanks to Gumtree. Picked it up in Edinburgh and then spent the afternoon admiring it. He didn't get to ride it as the peddles need to be changed so that will have to wait till the wander returns at the weekend.
The fields at the back of the house became an event track for some horsey do all weekend. It was sort of cross country and orienteering for horses - and their riders. We finally ventured out for a walk when they were all done.
