Combine Driver

After mum returned from her run over the fields with the exciting news that the harvesting was happening, we took the little man for an alternative evening out to see what was going on.
It couldn't get much better for him; this close to farm machinery — and then it did.
What is not from this picture, is that mum and little man are sitting in the cab with Farmer Jim returning with ten tonnes of corn to off load.
It was like all his Christmases had come along at the same time. When he climbed up into the cab his feet hardly touched the ground.
This was just after he'd been allowed to sit in the big blue tractor too.
I think it's probably as good as it gets when you're three years old; mum wasn't complaining either.
I'm amazed he's gone to sleep.
