Echinacea

You could all tell my excitement at seeing the kingfisher so close yesterday and thank you for responding so positively and sending him onto the first section of the Popular page.

In spite of the overcast weather and a busy morning, I'm still playing and enjoying my new camera body.  I haven't sorted out the controls by any means, but I know that the only way to work it out is by trial and (many an) error.  This co-operative bee posed for me at various angles as I played with my macro lens.
