Tinseltown in the rain

Well, Robert Gordon's University library building in the rain.
Waiting for a customer that never showed up, and to make matters worse, a controller in the office who never acknowledged my request for a no show.
I don't understand why it takes so long to answer a request from them as it abysmally quiet work wise.
