I've made this NY style cheesecake for dessert for tomorrow's sunday dinner (Dads choice for father's day). Hope it'll taste alright!

There's not really much to say about today - it rained and I felt ill for most of it, so sat around watching films/episodes of prison break. I'm only on episode 4, but am really enjoying it.
