at home with an Ivysaurus

Ivy has picked up an astonishing amount of kitchen knowledge from watching and helping us cook. gave her play dough this afternoon (that she correctly identified as smelling of cinnamon) and she asked for the 'mummysized' (took me ages to suss she meant the ginger bread lady cutter) and then a tray so she could put them 'in the oven'- she then mimed turning oven on and said 'to 180' and pretended to check them and said not ready before saying 'beep beep beep all done ' before telling me to 'watch out hot hot hot' and taking them out. She's has a very domestic day today actually- I temporarily misplaced her before lunch and found her again upstairs putting clothes into the laundry basket, so she helped me put them into the machine.

She went to jenny's again this morning, since we'd booked her in a couple of times this weekend in case I was still in hospital. Apparently she did a pee in the toilet and enjoyed having her hair brushed by hannah.

Willow caused me great stress this morning, she pulled out her tube and vomited whenever I tried to pass a new one. On the whole though, she seems to be taking to her newest milk rather well. it comes premade so that's saving some prep time.

Briar has been an angel baby today - particularly considering lots of her feeds were interprupted by ivy needing to go to the toilet.
