... Cairns Marina. A lovely view from our hotel room. The early start for our trip to Bloomfield River.

The journey from Cairns was by car, light aircraft (see extra), minibus and boat. No road access to the Bloomfield Lodge. Sad to say this wonderful resort will close mid-September unless a buyer is found.

No wi-fi or mobile phone reception so this had to be uploaded when we returned to Cairns for the lat night of our holiday.
