So last nights results were Carolyn 1 - Chickens 0

I had to cut all the lower branches off the ironwood tree (about 30) to stop them roosting in it and hacked the forsythia back. The ironwood looks a lot better for it. Ruby and Harriet jumped into the currants by the runs but were easy to reach.  Once in the runs they went straight into the coop.  Florence is getting used to the company.  Think I am getting things under control now.
