You shall not pass

I was wandering over to Parkers Piece to take a picture of the demolition of the 1960's lump on the University Arms (see extra) when my way was blocked by this evil looking beast. 

The Hotel is undergoing a massive redevelopment, apparently the result will be amazing. It will certainly be an improvement. There was a big crown of people watching the machines munch their way through the rooms which still had their fittings. Showers, lamps, curtains all getting ripped out and dropped. Clearly I thought of dinosaurs ;)

Today has been spent writing the most expensive proposal I have ever written and sorting out more fallout from the card fraud the other week. All quite annoying.
