Lily in the rain

I watched a TV programme last night about water lilies.  It was presented by Carol Klein who introduced us to the spiritual qualities of the plant.  It was a delight - I think Carol Klein brings spiritual qualities to all the plants she describes.

I checked out my own water lilies today and one popped out to see me in the rain.
