WHAT IS ALL THE NOISE....

... earlier today could hear a rainbow lorikeet (or three)  making a heck of a noise?

Went around the side to find this guy up in the callistemon really going off.

Found out later it was letting us know that they heard Walking Wombat and CCN were calling in for a catch up, and they were hoping the mighty gang gangs were not coming as well!!! 
Far too much competition!!
