Scrap metal giraffes

I had seen these giraffes and had wanted to photograph them since my arrival in Edinburgh. I finally got the opportunity. They are by artist Helen Denerley. The tallest giraffe is 22ft high and they are made from discarded parts of motorbikes and cars. This was our first wet day and the reflections on the wet pavement were great.
